This module provides complete control of running workshop and garage operations. It not only caters for your own vehicles and trailers but also for third party work. You can create master jobs to provide a complete breakdown of parts, labour and the checks required for a service, etc. A detailed diary listing all work is featured, enabling you to see, at a glance, the status of your jobs. Fitter's job sheets and parts requirement reports are also available.

POS (Point of Sale) Module

The POS module allows on-the-spot ordering, invoicing and payment of stock items or service/repair charges, and is particularly useful if you have a dealership agreement with a truck manufacturer since you can download stock items and service categories from manufacturers' main computer systems.

Stock Control System

This is a fully integrated stock control system featuring master parts and individual stock records, minimum and maximum stock levels with a preferred supplier, lead time and bin locations, stock check indicator, and full warranty recording and enquiry facilities. The system also provides a facility to recognise links to more than one manufacturer of the same part.

Tyre Control System

In addition to the warranty tracking provided as part of the stock control system, the tyre control system provides a graphical picture of each vehicle/trailer's axle layout, and shows a complete history of the location of tyres on the vehicle/trailer, the depth gauge reading of the tyre, and the serial number. Included is a tyre rotation facility, a complete suite of screen enquiries and printed reports, and a tyre efficiency analysis system.

Garage Invoicing

Fully integrated with the Garage job costings system to provide the ability to invoice Garage jobs for third party customers. If the Roadrunner Accounts system is installed the sales account will be updated automatically.

Purchase Order Processing

Provides a full parts ordering system, with previous best price, supplier details, automatic purchase order number, purchase order form and links to the stock control system.

VRMS

You can not only import the standard VRMS codes but you can create your own to analyse your standard working practices.
