Your customers log on to Road Tech's dedicated EDI data management servers via the Roadrunner EDI button which appears on your web site. Each customer will have their own unique username and password. They will then be able to swiftly place individual loads or batch post jobs from their files. The data is then mapped automatically to the Roadrunner format by our managed servers, and when you are ready to collect it, the information is downloaded directly to your system through your Internet connection or a secure virtual private network.

Notifications are made automatically, each with a unique server reference number providing complete audit trailing. Your system remains completely secure since your customers connect via our secure EDI servers, so you don't need to worry about setting up a firewall.
