Relativity provides ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) access to Roadrunner data files. It acts as a link between the Roadrunner data files and any ODBC compliant front end application. These applications include Visual Basic, Excel, Access, Query, and Word for Windows from Microsoft as well as Lotus 1-2-3 for Windows, Crystal Report Writer, and many more.

This allows all data stored in your main Roadrunner database to be accessed, and reports can then be generated directly from this data. These reports are created within the ODBC application to suit the end user's requirement. Commonly generated reports include profit reports, performance reports and customer variance reports, but of course it is possible to generate any other required report from the data available.
