Like any product, if you're thinking of buying a computer system there are probably hundreds of questions you want to have answered first. How functional is it? Is it reliable? How many people already use it? Are they still happy? Has the company I plan to buy from got a proven track record? Will they let me down?

If you've ever had to deal with any multi-national computer companies you'll know only too well how dismissive and disinterested they can be in you and your needs. This attitude is being reflected in more and more small computer companies who think this is the normal way to treat their customers! Here at Road Tech we like to offer our customers a different service. We want to see you through from the very beginning of planning your computer system, to implementation, training and of course, continual support afterwards. We never forget how important you are to us and we pride ourselves on our high level of commitment to our customers and the personal service we offer. You won't be greeted by an automated queuing system when you call us, all our calls are answered directly by the people that can help you.

Several components make up your Roadrunner solution, for example, the server, terminals, PC's software and communication equipment. With a Roadrunner Service Agreement, every aspect of your system can be covered. The agreement will provide you with the latest revisions of Roadrunner software free of charge and also gives you access to our telephone support department. Where we determine a visit is required, on site attendance by one of our engineers (inc. travel etc) is also included.

We ensure our support engineers have a vast knowledge of all aspects of computer systems in addition to their knowledge of the Roadrunner software. All staff have overlapping specialities in each component that makes up your complete solution thus ensuring that we can deal with any queries you have promptly and efficiently. These support staff are further backed up by our research and development team, system specialists and a hardware team working both in house and on site to ensure that even the most complex questions or difficulties can be rapidly dealt with. This ensures we are able to support all of your business IT needs.
