Roadrunner Support Services

Here at Road Tech we like to offer our customers a different service. We want to see you through from the very beginning of planning your computer system, to implementation, training and of course, continual support afterwards. We never forget how important you are to us and we pride ourselves on our high level of commitment to our customers and the personal service we offer. You won't be greeted by an automated queuing system when you call us, all our calls are answered directly be the people that can help you.

The Roadrunner Service Agreement will provide you with the latest revisions of Roadrunner software free of charge and also gives you access to our telephone support department. Where we determine a visit is required, on site attendance by one of our engineers (inc. travel etc) is also included.

Roadrunner Software Support

As part of our standard package, full telephone and on-site software support is included to keep you up and running and help you get the most from your Roadrunner system.

Hardware Support

The Roadrunner Hardware Support Contract ensures that if you have any hardware failure on the computer equipment covered, that one of our skilled engineers will rectify it as soon as possible.

Training

Initial & On Going Training, either on-site or off-site, to help you get the most from your Roadrunner system.
